About this Event
Tour Pasadena mural and wall art by bike, with docent Corey Dunlap, Pasadena resident and Senior Manager, Public Art for LA Metro. Ride will be less than 10 miles and will last about 2 hours. This is a no-drop ride at a moderate pace. Meet in the parking lot at the Pacific Asia Museum.
What Is Needed for the Ride
- A bike in good working condition. If you haven't ridden your bike in a long time, we suggest taking it to a local bike shop for a safety check or tune up.
- Helmets are recommended for all and required by law for anyone under 18.
- Water and snacks for the ride.
- Sunblock or clothing to protect you from the sun.
- A spare tube that fits the size of your tires.
Parking
We encourage you to ride to the event start location or take Metro to the Memorial Park Station, which is just a few blocks from the start. If you are driving, there is paid parking at the structure across the street on Union and also below the California Pizza Kitchen. The street parking in the area is usually time limited to two hours.
