Special Q&A Session with John Burke
This one-day forum focuses on providing education and resources to prepare the community on how to effectively care for the spiritual needs and interests of patients and their caregivers. Near death experiences provide a small window that allows people to reduce their anxiety by providing a small glimpse of what one may expect in the afterlife.
This event is free of charge and open to all. Community Hospice & Health Services is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, CEP 6818 for four (4) contact hours for Nursing and CNAs. Four participation hours will be provided for Chaplains and Social Workers.
