Learn how to give and receive the perfect lower body stretch in just 2 hours.
In this fun and engaging workshop we will cover:
- Theory of stretching and best practices
- Practical demonstration of stretching techniques both on and off the stretch table
- Practical partner activities with feedback
- 6 muscle areas (hip flexors, glutes, piriformis, hamstrings, low back, adductors.
Whether you bring your gym partner or your spouse/ loved one, you will have plenty of time to get comfortable strateching one another in a supervised setting!
About James:
I’ve been a trainer for 7+ years and still train many of the same people I started with. Why? Personal training is a unique opportunity for two people to connect over one common goal - your wellbeing.
Whether you have a chronic health condition which impacts your quality of life, or you simply got busy with life and forgot to take care of number 1; I bring a personal and pragmatic approach to scientifically backed training techniques.
As a life long learner I’ve studied with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, TRX, Dr Eric Cobb of Z Health, the Equinox Fitness Training Academy, and many more, to develop a well rounded education which I continue to invest in every year.
As a veteran of The Royal Navy I ended my military career as the lead behavioral trainer and performance coach. I use my skills as a coach first and foremost to ask the right questions, listen actively, and ensure you feel empowered every step of the way.
I've taught locally at: The Bay Club, Fairbanks Ranch Country Club, Crunch Fitness, Equinox, Fitness SF, as well is in The Royal Navy and many bespoke settings.
