Just as friends and loved ones support us in our daily life, they also can support us in our yoga practice. Partner yoga can improve flexibility, help support new variations of poses, enhance communication, provide much needed connection and it's soo FUN! Spring is a great time to try something new so grab a partner and make plans for a healthy and fun Friday night happy hour!
Partner Yoga is offered in studio only and open to all levels including beginners. No partner, no problem, we will pair you up with a fellow student or teacher.
