About Us Pathways:
Pathways Youth & Family Services is a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization specializing in foster care, adoption, residential care, and behavioral health services. Founded by foster parents in 1992, Pathways’ mission is transforming lives, families, and communities. Pathways provides critically needed services to youth ages 0 to 17 who have been placed in foster care in Texas. Their agency has been serving the greater DFW metroplex for several decades and they have offices in several other areas, including Austin, Abilene, Houston, and San Antonio. With the number of children in foster care steadily increasing, community support is more important than ever. Children in the foster care system have experienced trauma from abuse and neglect as well as being removed from their families. By supporting Pathways, you can help provide essential resources and programs that improve the life outcomes of these children, helping them overcome challenges and build the skills they need for a successful future.
