Instead of guessing your way through, you’ll learn the actual foundations of partner dance—broken down in a clear, practical way you can immediately use on the dance floor 🕺
You’ll explore:
• 🤝 Connection & communication (frame, tone, timing)
• 🔄 Lead & follow as a shared conversation
• 🎵 Rhythm, weight shifts & timing (the real foundation)
• 🧩 Simple patterns you can use anywhere
• 🔁 Turns for both roles
• 💬 Consent & nonverbal communication
Expect a mix of 👀 demonstration, 🧠 guided practice, and 🔁 repetition—so concepts actually stick. There’s plenty of space to make mistakes, ask questions, and take breaks as needed 💛
