Parting of the Clouds invites a gentle return to inner clarity. This intimate Micro-dose, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Journey offers a sanctuary for rest, renewal, and the sacred witnessing of the light within.
This experience weaves together the ancient art of Yoga Nidra with the vibrational medicine of sound. Gongs, crystal bowls, and harmonic tones guide the body into deep states of relaxation, while subtle plant allies open the senses to heightened awareness.
Just as clouds drift apart to reveal the sun, sound healing helps dissolve the layers of tension and thought that obscure inner radiance. Each vibration becomes a clearing wind, each resonance a reminder that light is never lost—only waiting to be seen again.

Contraindications: Anyone who is taking lithium or has taken lithium ( supplemental and prescription) within the past 30 days. Severe mental dis-ease: schizophrenia, bipolar, BPD, heart disease, high blood pressure, recent head trauma or epilepsy. Lastly, anyone taking anti psychotics, SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, Ozempic, Benzodiazepines, or GLP-1 supplements.
Please bring a mat, blanket, water bottle and any added support (pillow, eye mask, bolster) as we receive.
