Join us at one or more of our SEND and Inclusion Strategy Development workshops, for anyone who cares for or supports children and young people aged 0-25 years with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND) in your work or home life.
At the workshops in early 2023, we will begin to design our new SEND & Inclusion strategy ahead of the draft strategy being shared with the wider public later in 2023 as part of a formal consultation.
Our new strategy will be built around 4 areas that are important to the inclusion of children and young people. Each workshop will focus on one of those areas.
Other ways to get involved:
Take part in one of our parent and carer online evening events in February and March.
Schools and settings will also be running focus groups and asking for volunteers to take part.
For details of all the ways you can help us design the strategy - and directly influence what we put time and effort into from 2023-2028 to support children and families, visit www.southglos.gov.uk/SENDStrategyParticipate
