We’re excited to invite you to our Women’s Health Group, focused on Menopause Treatment Options: A GP Led deep dive into HRT & Alternatives, taking place on Thursday 5th Febuary, 2pm – 4pm, at the Violet Melchett Health and Wellbeing Hub.

This informal, friendly session will explore the general aspects of menopause - what to expect, how to manage symptoms, and where to find support. It’s a safe and welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, and learn together.

A local GP specialising in women’s health will be joining us to help facilitate the discussion, share expert insights, and answer your questions during an open Q&A session. Whether you’re currently experiencing menopause, approaching it, or supporting someone who is, this session is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding and feel supported.

Refreshments will be provided, and we warmly encourage you to come along, take part, and be part of this supportive conversation.
