Part 2 This workshop if for those that have already attended the Deepening Connection Part 1 workshop.This workshop explores the deep connection between human and horse, beginning with self awareness practices for the human. Using psychology, body scan and kinesiology, participants will notice patterns of tension, emotion, and energy with in themselves and learn how these patterns influence their in interaction with horses.
From this foundation we bring our awareness to the horse. Through hands-on or off ! work along the bladder meridian, participants will learn to read the horses subtle body language - shifts in posture, tension and movements so communication becomes clearer and more responsive.
Guided grounding breath and energy awareness help both horse and human release tension, find balance and connect more deeply.
This workshop offers practical tools for fostering trust, presence and mutual harmony, understanding how helping ourselves enhances their ability to engage with the horse.
