Experience the vibrant colors and peaceful spirits of the Parrots for Peace on Thursday, May 14, from 1:30-2:30PM at The Discovery Center. We are thrilled to welcome this magnificent family of five Blue and Gold Macaws to the Museum for a special one-hour engagement. As a 501c3 non-profit organization, the Parrots for Peace serve as living symbols of universal harmony, reminding us of the deep connection between all living beings and Mother Earth.
This unique event offers a wonderful opportunity for children and families to observe these majestic birds up close and explore their fascinating roles in our global ecosystem. Participants will have the chance to meet the entire flock, discover interesting facts about parrot behavior and conservation, and enjoy a special introduction to the newest baby member of the family.
