Parkour classes will be taking place at Bridport Leisure Centre this summer holiday! Classes will typically include a mobilisation, an engaging warm-up game, Parkour, awe-inspiring acrobatics, and a cool down to end the session.
The classes will be held by Actualise Parkour, who foster a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to when ready step outside their comfort zone exceed their boundaries, and grow with confidence.
Classes will take place on:
Tuesday 30th July
11am to 12pm - Ages 6 to 9 years
12.15pm to 1.15pm - Ages 10 to 15 years
Tuesday 13th August
11am to 12pm - Ages 6 to 9 years
12.15pm to 1.15pm - Ages 10 to 15 years
The cost is £10 per session.

Please note there is a 7-day cancellation policy in place. If these sessions are not cancelled with 7-days notice NO refund will be given.
