Agenda: April is Parkinson's Awareness Month, so this meeting is to bring more awareness of Parkinson's. It is designed for spouses, children, friends, neighbors of someone with Parkinson's as we'll be sharing Parkinsons 101 and also tips for better mobility and getting up and out of a chair or floor. We meet at the MROM/Rock Steady Boxing Gym in Southbridge Mall next to the food court.
