Parke County's first bluegrass festivalSept 20th at the Beechwood Park Pavilion in Rockville, IN with Charlie Lawson serving as the emcee. The Mecca Tavern and Don Joe food trailers will be there.This is a free all ages event with donations being accepted for the Parke Heritage and Riverton Parke band programs. PLEASE BRING A CHAIR. No alcohol is allowed on the park grounds.The bands are as follows:
