Billie Creek is hosting "Septemberfest: Unofficial Oktoberfest" for a trial run this fall. This unofficial start to the October Belegarth event means we are allowing participants to come and set up camp as early as Saturday, September 27th. Troll in at the General Store starting at 10am on Saturday 9/27
The event fee is $10 per person, per day (paid directly to Billie Creek, in full on the day you arrive) and will include setting up camps, un-heralded field fights, access to the property, etc.
Some Ground Rules:
All priority campsites will be honored!
Site rules and we Belegarth rules will be adhered to.
You will spot check your own weapons daily.
Sparring and field fights are at your own risk.
You'll play nice (or else)
You will be required to troll in when you arrive and again on Wednesday for the event. troll will be given a list of those who are on site.
