Get calisthenic crazy with us on Sunday mornings 11AM at Seward Park in the LES. Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a pro, these workouts are perfect to get faster, master body weight movements, and start your Sunday strong. LGBTQ+ centered - run by a nonbinary personal trainer :)

About me:
I'm Liana Giangiulio, a seasoned personal trainer with a proven track record of helping clients smash their fitness goals. As a 4'11” tiny but mighty powerhouse I’ve placed in Strongman competitions and actively pursue powerlifting, so I bring a disciplined and focused mindset to all my training sessions and programming. I’ve served over 200 individuals with aesthetic, strength, sport-specific, and pain management goals and I’m excited to have you join the Young Savage Fitness team!
Specialities include powerlifting, functional strength, kettlebell, strongman, and a BODY NEUTRAL approach to fitness. I pride myself in creating LGBT+ and size inclusive safe workout spaces. I have experience working with seniors, those with adaptive workout needs, and online coaching.
