As a karate family it is OUR turn to back them. We are asking family and friends to show up and support. We also invite ALL followers on our page to please support this event 🙏🏻

This is not Comrades.
This is not a marathon.
This is ONE easy 5km.
Everyone can do it.
You can:
✅ Walk if you don’t run
✅ Push a pram
✅ Bring the kids
✅ Bring your spouse
✅ Bring your DOG 🐶
✅ Finish in around an hour
Then - if you would like to … 🍔 stay for a burger & cold drink (this is optional. Cost is R80 – vegetarian option available).

If every dojo member just brought ONE extra person, we could raise over R10 000 in ONE morning. Bringing TWO would raise over R20 000.
