Join neighbours and friends of Throsby Creek for Climate Ready Newcastle's first park meet up for 2026 to share food, conversation and catch up on opportunities to take action and ways we can foster community resilience in a changing climate.Food will be supplied this month by Justine of Tighes Hill, however all welcome to BYO food to eat or share.
We'll also be joined this month by Masha, a Disaster Waste PhD graduate and trained facilitator of Climate Fresk - a fun, informative tabletop card game about the causes and effects of climate change.
BYO picnic blankets, instruments and art materials for some self-directed creative time by the creek
