Schedule for the day: 10:30a-5p Free Admission to the Rec Center
10:30-11:30a: Pickleball Demonstration and Instruction
10:30-11:30a: Swim Lesson Assessments: 6yrs+ can meet with an instructor for a brief assessment to help guide you to the best level for summer registration
11:30a-1p: Trainer on site to help answer questions about the fitness center and how machines work and tell you more about our personal training packages.
11:30a-1:30p: Information booths provided by both Park & Recreation and other great organizations like New Ulm Bicycle Group and ARS
12:00-3:30p: Open Swim!! Enjoy the aquatic facility including Ninja Cross from 12-2p and the Log Roller from 2:30-3:30p. All rules apply, check website for age requirements and more
1-3p: Fitness Class Samplers: Try a 30 minute version of some of our fitness classes including Tabata & Tone and Zumba. Exact details released soon!
3:30, 4:00, 4:30p: Paddleboard Yoga: Try a 20 min class in the pool! *Limit 7 participants per class.
