You’ll prepare chicken in tarragon white wine sauce, a quintessential French dish featuring tender chicken simmered in white wine, fresh tarragon, and cream. On the side, you’ll make gratin dauphinois, thinly sliced potatoes baked slowly with garlic and cream until rich and golden.
The evening concludes with a showstopping chocolate soufflé. Light, airy, and deeply chocolatey, this classic dessert is simpler than it looks and always impressive.
Chef Shawnie will guide you through essential French techniques, seasoning, and timing, helping you create a cohesive meal that feels refined yet achievable at home. A glass of wine is included with dinner.
