About this Event
Join us for an afternoon of food and fun, chemistry and cooking, engagement and education.
In this 1.5 hour vegetarian French cooking workshop, you and your little(s) will learn to make several iconic French dishes. During our deep dive we will make the classic French dish popularized by Pizar - ratatouille - and learn the ins-and-outs of making choux pasty, both savory (gougeres) and sweet (cream puffs). As we cook, we will explore the science of leavening and the magic of steam.
