This weekly parenting yoga class is for those carrying, preparing or caring for a new baby at GLOW in Salt Lake City.
Come learn about the prenatal & postnatal process, your body, explore coping techniques for labor & delivery (as a birthing body or support person) as well as parenthood, build strength and connectedness in your mind & body, create bonds with other expectant & postpartum parents and feel empowered.
Bring water, a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing.
Class is a sliding scale pay what you can $10-25 per class.
Please note: Some people attending class are surrogates, family support, intended parents or may not identify as female. This class is for all people, with differing abilities, body shapes & sizes, as well as gender identities. Come as you are.
