Kick off your spring with mindful movement, playful yoga, and meaningful connection! This family friendly event is designed for 1st to 5th graders and their parent or guardian, with all genders welcome, to bond, have fun, and connect with other families in Kansas City.
Led by fitness expert Madison Sha, this session offers a safe and supportive space for families to:
- Explore family friendly yoga suitable for all experience levels
- Improve flexibility, balance, and mindful movement
- Partner poses and activities to strengthen the bond between parent and child
- Build lasting friendships with other families in a fun and welcoming environment
What to Expect:
- One hour gentle yoga session with parent and child partner poses
- Social time with other families – plus Wild Tyme Juice will be on-site!
Admission: $35 per parent and child pair
- Includes yoga, social time, and 8oz juice for children
