We are so excited to bring our first collaboration between RISE MVMT and Sharanam to you this December 15th in Penang.Facilitated by Aryaa of Sharanam, a neuroscientist and yoga and wellness practitioner together with mompreneur, Emily get ready for a morning of fun, music and movement.
Join us for a morning of fun & movement while you play and connect with your child (and your inner child!!)
Activities on the day will include:
Breathing exercises to cultivate mindfulness and body awareness
Yoga inspired partner poses & movement
Animal yoga & dance
Family sound bath
Community brunch (1 adult + 1 child incl. in ticket price)
