Parent/Carer Wellbeing Walks - Free Transport

Our free drop in wellbeing walks are available to all parent/carers with children with additional needs.
A moment of respite. This sessions are for ADULTS ONLY.
Soul Trail Wellbeing aim to improve wellbeing through:

• self care advice
• relaxation activities
• connection with nature
• a safe space to talk with others

What to expect:

- Walk will be approx 1 hour long at a leisurely pace in local area

- All fitness abilities can join but please let us know if you have any health issues

Please bring/wear:

• Comfortable clothes (preferably layers in case of weather change)
• Trainers
• Waterproofs
• Water

Let us know if you require any footwear or waterproofs as we may be able to provide some equipment free of charge (limited availability).
