Fee: $500 per pair per class ($200 per extra kid)
*Kids from ages 5-11 are welcomed
Physical and mental benefits for both parents & kids:
-Meditation for developing concentration
-Inversion for building confidence
-Stretching for reduce stress and gaining flexibility
Together with their parent, kid will experience a set of basic exercises on the mat and in the hammock to get a taste of a typical AntiGravity Yoga class.
Most of the exercises are done in partnership to promote a sense of mutual connection and to encourage communication between parents and kids.
