About this Event

Join British Functional Fitness and The Academy Programme for a fun and engaging session where parents and juniors can take part in age-appropriate functional fitness activities together. This session is designed to be safe, inclusive, and enjoyable, helping families get active while learning new skills.

One ticket, gives access to both parent and junior (aged 7-11).

The event takes place at The Lakes School as part of Sir Ben Helfgott Day, celebrating the incredible legacy of Sir Ben Helfgott, who represented Team GB in Weightlifting at the 1956 and 1960 Olympic Games.

In partnership with British Weightlifting and The Academy Programme, this day is all about fun, fitness, and inspiring the next generation through activity and the spirit of Olympic achievement.
