Parent & Child: Terrariums & Tea Activity

Create new worlds together over tea and scones. Together you’ll design and assemble a personalized miniature world to take home. Using forest findings and decorative accents such as:

• paper butterflies and clay mushrooms
• plants, moss, stones and shells
• LED Candles or fairy lights

Cost: $75 per parent child pair - includes all materials

No prior experience necessary, a perfect activity for beginners and creative enthusiasts alike.

Material Kit Includes:

• 12” Round metal tray (copper-colored)
• Forest findings and decorative accents
• Plants, moss, stones, shells, sticks
• LED votives & glass
• Tea and scones served during the workshop

Feel free to bring small treasures, or items to personalize – such as doll furniture or fairy structures (like those sold at Kona Treehouse in Holualoa such as shells, to personalize your terrarium).

• Ages 9 and up (advance registration required)
• Children must be accompanied by a participating adult
• Workshop participants receive 15% off one item during the Open Studio and Sale following the session

Upstairs near Nana Walls, Dowbuilt & Top Shelf Cabinets. Parking is available on Honokohau Street or in the Texaco/Starbucks parking lot.

Please note, no parking in Kona Trans Parking Lot.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days: A 50% refund will be issued.
• No-shows: Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for no-shows on the day of the workshop.
• Workshop Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel the workshop, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
