Parcours Athletics - Learn to Run Spring 2026
REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
Our Learn to Run clinic, led by coaches Jenna Green and Megan Demmings, will begin April 6th and run through June 3rd, meeting every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 PM from Parcours Athletics. Session 2 is an 8-week paid program, with the final session being a 5K time trial celebration run.
Learn to Run (5K Program)
Designed for new and returning runners.
Participants may choose between two pathways:
Beginner 5K Program
For those starting from run-walk intervals and building toward their first continuous 5K.
5K Improvement Program
For runners who can already run 5K and want to improve pacing, efficiency, and confidence.
What to expect:
- Walk–run progression building to a continuous 5K (beginner option)
- Structured weekly training sessions
- Strength and mobility work to support injury prevention
- Dynamic warm-up drills before each run
- Pacing guidance for sustainable, comfortable running
- Seasonal running strategies (layering, footing, safety)
- Supportive group environment focused on consistency, not speed
