👥 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE
A minimum of 4 confirmed trekkers is required for an event to proceed.
If fewer than 4 people RSVP, the event may be postponed or cancelled.
⏰ ARRIVE ON TIME
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
Hikes begin at the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals may miss the group.
🚶 STAY WITH THE GROUP
No one hikes alone.
Please stay with the organizer and follow the planned route at all times.

Please bring:
