Radford House, Ramsgate (Previously a Fire Station!) 🚒
A mid-18th Century Grade II listed former Fire Station (Radford House) located in central Ramsgate.
Radford House is a key building to the town’s history. Prior to the site becoming home to the Kent Fire Rescue service, it was originally designed as a private house belonging to Rear Admiral William Fox. To convert it into a fire station, the majority of the internal walls on the ground floor were removed and the front facade was remodelled.
