Wisbech Castle & Vaults is a grade II listed building and was originally built in the early 1000’s, after a flood in 1236 which destroyed the castle, the building has been redeveloped a handful of times between then and the present. During the Tudor times the castle was notoriously used as a prison and held a large number of executions. Theres numerous paranormal reports including disembodied voices, the smell of lavender from nowhere and the apparition of a man. Join the HMP team as we set out to find out the history and spooky goings on at this incredible location known as ‘The Castle of Nightmares’!! DARE YOU WALK WITH ME INTO THE DARKNESS ?
