Paragliding The Fraser Valley: XC flying workshop

The Fraser Valley is famous for paragliding with great conditions, fabulous terrain and stunning views. However, flying cross-country through this region comes with a bit of know-how.

So if you're up for taking your flying to another level or if you're curious about paragliding as a new endeavour, here's what we have in store for you:

Mt. Waddington Outdoors & the West Coast Soaring Club have partenered up for an evening of learning and community with presenters Alex Raymont and Peter Spear to show you the ropes. These two need little introduction in the flying world, bringing you the expertise you need to learn about the ins and outs of XC flying in the Fraser Valley.

• Safe progression into XC flying in the Fraser Valley
• Wind & Weather patterns
• Route planning, start points, & decision making
