Paradise is a tall order—but the farm delivers. We first visited Gabrielle Marewski of Paradise Farms in 2008 on our inaugural Florida winter tour, and it still remains one of the most beautiful places where we set our table.
Here, myriad tropical fruit trees and fields of vegetables are bordered by a mellifluous water feature and a circular herb garden. With care, present-day proprietors and stewards of the land, Karla and Dylan Dascal, continue Gabrielle’s pioneering work in regenerative agriculture.
We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Paradise Farms host Karla Dascal as a guest at Esoterra Culinary Garden in Boulder, Colorado. We love when host farmers are able to attend OITF events farther afield.
