What You Need To Know:The Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) mobile office is coming to Homestead, bringing motorist services directly to you. On Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the William F. Dickinson Community Center (1601 North Krome Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030), you can take advantage of a wide range of services. Fees vary depending on the service. The services offered are:•First time license ($48.00)

•Convert out of state license ($48.00)

•Renewals ($48.00 for Class E; fees vary for CDL)

•Replacements for lost or stolen license ($25.00)

•Address/name changes ($25.00)

•ID cards ($25.00)

•No FEE Poverty Letter.

•Reinstatements (fees vary)

•Emergency Contact Information Registration (free)

•Vehicle Registration Renewals (fees vary)

•Disabled Parking Placard Issuance and Renewals

(Permanent- free; Temporary- $15.00)*DRIVING EXAMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE*Please bring the required documentation (must bring all of the items below):

Proof of Identification (such as a U.S. Birth Certificate or Valid U.S. Passport)
Proof of Social Security Number (like your Social Security Card)
Two different proofs of address (such as a Voter Registration Card and a utility statement).
