FCCSA is hosting a free paper shredding event on Saturday, April 10th from 9 am to noon or until the trucks are full. Items accepted are paper, file folders, hanging files, notepad ms and envelopes. There is no need to remove staples, paper lips or rubber bands. Unacceptable items are newspapers, magazines, catalog ms, plastic bags, electronics and X-rays. Your items will be shredded by ProShred Security on-site. Drops are limited to 6 boxes or garbage bags per FCCSA household. Boxes and garbage bags need to be taken back with you. Because of Covid-19 you will not be able to park and watch your item be shredded. This is a drive-thru only. You will need to drive-thru, stop your car by the ProShred truck, where we will ask you to stay in your car and open your trunk. We will empty your bags or boxes and put them back in your trunk, close your trunk and you can be on your way. We want to keep this as safe as possible for our residents and for our staff. The trucks will be at the FCCSA parking lot at 4350 Austin Pkwy. Sugar Land.
