Hello Friends! We look forward to celebrating the following session with you in this wonderful space.
Panta Rhei – "Everything flows" – is an invitation to explore movement, music, and self-awareness in a meditative space. This session aims to deepen the connection to the body, emotions, and surrounding space.

Warm-Up: Focus on sensory experiences through three key pillars:
? Space: Expand awareness and perception of the space through intuitive movement.
? Body: Release tension and activate natural flow.
? Relationship: Break free from habitual communication patterns and explore new connections.
Dance and Live Music: Let the music guide you into a deeper state of flow, enhancing body awareness, self-expression, and emotional freedom.
?Number of participants, reservation and payment:
Registration is binding. The maximum number of participants is 20 people, so that everyone has enough space for movement and dance. It is therefore important that everyone makes a reservation in advance. if there are cancellations, please let us know at least 3 days in advance so that others can still move up

Movement:
Carolina Márquez is a professional dancer, psychologist, and dance-body expression therapist. She creates collective somatic experiences, expanding body awareness and exploring new movement patterns. Her sessions go beyond typical activities, fostering freedom, security, and empowerment, and enhancing spontaneity, authentic expression, and creative abilities.
Music:
Arystan Petzold is a multi-instrumentalist, DJ, live looper, and music educator. His diverse musical journey spans genres from hip-hop, jazz, vocal music, electronic and world music. He specializes in "music and ritual," blending altered states of consciousness with live loop performances. He is looking forward to presenting his new program of global sacred music. www.arystan.de
