In the coming weeks, Tamina Ansari will lead a series of conversations aimed at helping participants gain greater self-awareness in the context of relationships, offering tools for deeper reflection, communication, and connection.

About Tamina Ansari
Tamina Ansari is a clinical psychology graduate with a deep appreciation for the power of human connection in the therapeutic relationship. Her diverse background has shaped her understanding of identity and belonging—born in Afghanistan, she lived in Pakistan, became a citizen of Norway, and spent many summers in Germany before moving to California for graduate studies.
With a global perspective and a passion for mental health, Tamina is committed to fostering meaningful conversations that promote healing, resilience, and community. She runs her own private practice and works at Skeiv Verden, where her primary therapeutic focus is on relationships and identity.
