Panchakosha - A journey from health to consciousnessIn the yogic tradition, the human being is seen as a multidimensional presence, unfolding through five layers of experience: body, energy, mind, insight, and inner bliss. These layers are known as the Panchakosha.
During this yoga retreat weekend, we explore these five layers not only through understanding, but through direct embodied experience. Through yoga, breath, movement and awareness, we gently move from the physical body into deeper layers of consciousness, supporting balance, vitality and inner clarity.
This weekend is designed as a carefully held inner journey — rooted in yoga — where body, breath and awareness are brought back into harmony.
PRACTICES:
Throughout the weekend we work with a variety of yogic and embodied practices, including:
- Yoga asana to ground, open and nourish the physical body
- Conscious and cosmic breathing practices to support the flow of prana and release stored tension
- Meditation and attention practices to calm the mind and cultivate presence
- Free movement and gentle dance as a form of expression and integration
- Sharing and reflection to allow experiences to settle and integrate
All practices are offered in a safe, supportive and non-performance-oriented atmosphere and are adapted to the group.

Acharya Yogesh is a teacher whose presence speaks as clearly as his words. Often described as a hidden gem within the yoga world, he carries the depth of traditional yogic wisdom with humility and warmth.
Rather than teaching techniques, Yogesh invites a lived experience — rooted in breath, awareness and inner truth. His guidance is grounded, spacious and deeply human, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for inner exploration.
