Eagle Scout Project fundraiser hosted by Roman Smith of Bryan Boy Scout Troop 159 for funds to go towards erecting a police memorial and a statue at Bryan Police Station. Roman will also be placing 3 memorial benches at the Twin Oaks Law Enforcement Training Facility.
Buy pancake dinner tickets for $8 ($10 at the door). The menu includes pancakes, sausage, and a drink cooked by Roman as well as fellow Boy Scouts and their parents. Delicious gluten-free/dairy-free/vegan pancakes will also be available.
Proceeds from the breakfast will go directly into his project account. Roman intends to use any leftover money to donate to the Bryan Police Officers’ Association (BPOA) Mark Hiatt Scholarship Program.
