Pan Pacific Perth’s signature High Tea returns in Monty’s Restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day with every Mum receiving a complimentary Chandon Garden Spritz cocktail on arrival.

Head Pastry Chef Sai Jetty and his team have created an elegant menu highlighting the vibrant flavours of the season. Guests will enjoy three tiers of sweet and savoury delights indulging in a sweet plate of pink pearl meringue with raspberry compote an exotic mango cheesecake delightful stone fruit yoghurt panna cotta and strawberry and basil cheesecake with almond balsamic sponge. Freshly baked cinnamon and fig scones with cream and jam. And a mouthwatering savoury selection of danish fetta and beetroot arancini smoked salmon mini brioche refreshing cucumber and dill cream pinwheel and Chef’s signature spiced chicken sandwich.
To complement the flavourful sweet and savoury delights the hotel’s experienced mixologists have designed a vibrant cocktail menu. This indulgent cocktail menu features Chandon’s Garden Spritz garnished with orange and rosemary.
Mother’s Day High Tea includes free-flowing tea and freshly brewed coffee at AUD75 plus an inviting and colourful cocktail menu will be available for purchase on the day including sparkling white and red wine.
