Get ready to dink, smash and serve! Each year, People Active with Lincolnwood Schools (PALS) proudly hosts the Annual Pickleball Tournament. Get ready for a day of fun, competition, and community! Our Pickleball Tournament puts the FUN in Fundraiser and raises money for our Teacher Mini-Grant Program! Our teachers have big ideas—but sometimes need a little extra funding to bring them to life. The program provides teachers with small grants to fund creative projects, classroom resources, and innovative learning experiences. This year, we received $4,000 in grant requests and proudly funded 60% of them—bringing new and exciting opportunities right to our classrooms.
The Pickleball Tournament will take place on Sunday March 22nd at Pickledilly Skokie. Besides winning first place, there's also a competition for Best Dressed and Best Team Name. Whether you’re a "pro-pickler" or have never touched a paddle in your life, there’s a spot on the court for you.
We’ve got divisions for every skill level
* Sweet Brine (Beginner): Just learning the ropes and here for the fun.
* Zesty Zings (Intermediate): You know the rules and you’re ready to rally.
* Spicy Habaneros (Advanced): Fast-paced play for the ultimate bragging rights.
