A Zeteo forensic investigation into Israeli military attacks on hospitals in Gaza, doctors and health care workersAbout this Event
Zeteo Presents a forensic investigation into Israeli military attacks on hospitals in Gaza, examining allegations of targeting and abuse of doctors and healthcare workers.
When Israel bombed the first hospital in Gaza, the world went into shock and condemned the attack. Israel not only denied it, but claimed it was a misguided rocket from a Hamas connected terrorist group. Then they bombed other hosptials. Then they kept bombing more hosptials. Repeatedly. Until they bombed every single hospital in Gaza, repeatedly. And the world just accepted it as normal.
In addition, they kidnapped many doctors who remained in Gaza to treat their patients despite the hellish conditions. One such renowned orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Adnan Al Bursh, who was raped to death, on video, by Israeli soldiers in Ofer Pr*son. Incidently, Israeli's rioted for the "right to rape" Palestinian prisoners.
“Gaza: Doctors Under Attack” has won the Foreign Press Award at the British Journalism Awards, recognizing the film’s urgent and uncompromising reporting after the BBC refused to air it.
The documentary bears witness to the systematic targeting of medical workers in Gaza and the vital role of independent journalism in telling stories that powerful institutions choose not to broadcast.
