Come join us for a liberating yoga session at Freedom Park. Let's unwind, stretch, and find inner peace together. This ritual provides a space where you can release and relax into your body.
THIS ONE IS SPECIAL. PAINT N SIT ATL WILL BE JOINING US AS WE PRACTICE SOMATIC ART THERAPY. THIS IS TWO EVENTS IN ONE.
This is a sacred space for women to become intuned with their bodies. Moving from flight or fight into rest and digest. Safe space to be heard, seen and appreciated. Where you can express yourself fully and feel the support of the women around.
Opening ecstatic dance releases stiff tension, bring in a welcoming atmosphere and activates our shakti energy.
Creative somatic yoga helps us grow attentive to our bodies. Listening to the sensations and emotions that are stuck in our bodies.
Powerful womb meditation connections us to our divine feminine higher selves. Entering our womb space to release trauma and unwanted emotions stuck in our wombs.
Together we will connect with our senses and allow ourselves to be expressed fully. THIS IS A WOMEN'S ONLY EVENT. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat, a journal and water bottle. See you there!
