Painting Your Soul: A Guided Creative Experience
Join us for Painting Your Soul, a calming and deeply nourishing creative workshop guided by Karen, the creator of the Painting Your Soul.
This is not a typical paint class. There’s no pressure, no rules, and no “right way” to paint. Instead, Karen will gently guide you through a creative experience designed to help you slow down, tune inward, and use color as a language for what words can’t always express.
✨ What makes this workshop special
This workshop is about the experience of painting as a form of reflection and emotional connection. Karen will guide participants through intuitive prompts and a gentle creative process that invites you to explore your inner world through color, movement, and presence.
All materials will be provided for the experience, including easels, canvas, paints, and supplies, so you can simply arrive and immerse yourself in the process. Light refreshments will also be available.
🎶 Live Music Experience
We are honored to have Gabriel F. Nohra performing live during the workshop, creating a deeply immersive atmosphere.
Gabriel Nohra is a Lebanese–French artist alchemist internationally recognized for his cross-cultural musical influence. Honored at the Murex d’Or in Beirut in 2015 for 15 years of music production and original compositions, his work bridges cultures through a distinctive French–Lebanese sound.
His instrumental album Azur Arabian Grooves achieved major success, and he has composed for winners of The Voice Europe and Middle East, Star Academy Arabia, and collaborated with France Télévisions and Warner Bros. in Los Angeles. In Paris, he also produced music for films nominated at the Cannes Film Festival.
Beyond music production, Gabriel explores the therapeutic power of sound. After studying hypnotherapy in London with Dr. Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna, he developed the Nohra Method, blending music, mindfulness, and healing practices. Through his work, he has guided more than 12,000 people worldwide.
As Gabriel says, “Music is very therapeutic.”
We are excited to welcome him while he is visiting Tampa for this unique collaboration with Karen.
