Join us for an evening of self-discovery and creative expression at Stillness & Flow: Painting the Essence of You—a Women’s Wellness Art Workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner energy.
This guided experience will begin with a grounding meditation and self-reflection session, allowing you to tune into your emotions and explore how energy moves through you. Through gentle prompts and mindfulness practices, you’ll be invited to express what’s alive within you before transitioning into an intuitive painting journey. With no rules or expectations, you’ll use color, texture, and flow to translate your inner world onto the canvas, guided by the vast stillness and power of the desert as inspiration.
We’ll close with a reflective circle, inviting you to integrate your experience and share any insights or emotions that surfaced. Soft background music, a supportive atmosphere, and a creative container of self-exploration will make this a deeply nourishing evening.
