Painting Movement Workshop
This workshop forms part of the Gentle Streams project, a cross-artform exploration of the beautiful fragility of each passing moment. We invite you to create art from movement, drawing and painting in response to spiraling acrobatics or slow images of butoh. There will be tea, coffee and relaxing ambient music. Join us for a moment of calm and creation.
No previous experience necessary! It is a tranquil, inviting environment that we pride ourselves in curating.
Simple materials will be provided but also feel free to bring your own. We encourage you to find the bits you don’t usually use (the ones gathering cobwebs). Barista coffee and loose leaf teas will also be available to purchase from the coffee shop.
