I’m excited to once again be part of this inspiring event! As an artist with over 40 years of experience, I’ll be sharing my thoughts on how art fuels a revolution of creativity and well-being. This year, I’ll explore how engaging with art leads to profound mental health benefits, encourages personal growth, and fosters deeper connections with ourselves and the world around us.

• What is Art to Be? How does art shape our identities, communities, and our relationship with nature? What does it mean to be through art?
• How Can Art Improve Well-Being? In a world that increasingly values speed and productivity, art provides a vital space for reflection, creativity, and mental rejuvenation.
• The Power of Self-Expression: We’ll discuss how embracing art in our daily lives allows us to experience the true benefits of self-expression and creativity.
