This is the painting we will create together.
Burned out from work? Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or just running on empty? 😮💨 This 90-minute class combines anxiety reduction techniques with hands-on expressive painting. No art experience needed.
You'll journal, breathe, and paint your way through a structured experience designed to help you feel calmer by the end than when you walked in. You leave with a finished abstract art painting.
Because this is a test run, your feedback will be invaluable. At the end of class we will collect input on what worked and what didn't — your honest feedback will help this reach more people who need it.
