Join us for a guided painting experience where color, texture, and movement help express what words sometimes cannot. No art experience needed — just come as you are.
This is not about creating perfect or “Pinterest-worthy” art. It’s about making space for what’s inside — whether that’s stress, hope, joy, exhaustion, gratitude, or things you can’t quite name yet.
No art experience is needed. You’ll be gently guided through the process, and you’re free to create in whatever way feels right to you.
Come for the creativity. Leave a little lighter.
